TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We advise all guests to take out inexpensive holiday insurance.
The named person making the booking must be over 18 years old and be one of the guests who stays. This person is responsible for making sure the terms of the booking are adhered to.
Any booking of three or more people of the same sex will need the owner’s agreement before a booking is made (unless they are members of the same family, but from different generations).
Globe Vale Holiday Park shall not be responsible for any accident happening, injury suffered on the site, or damage to or loss of any chattel or property sustained on it.
Guests are respectfully requested to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm to save any disturbance to other visitors. The right is reserved to refuse acceptance or terminate the visit of any person(s) whose conduct is detrimental to Globe Vale Holiday Park.
NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.
Group Bookings: Bookings for more than one pitch/static caravan are only accepted at the Owner’s discretion
Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the details in this website, including any promotional emails, are correct at time of being published, we cannot accept responsibility for errors contained therein or results thereof. We are not responsible to you for unforeseen events or matters over which we have no control.
Whilst we do our best to ensure that all offer information is up to date and accurate, very occasionally some advertised short breaks in may not always be available on all the dates advertised. Please enquire when booking.
Please check all personal details at the time of booking. We cannot take responsibility for booking or personal detail errors. All address and contact information must be correct at the time of booking for a successful payment to be processed.
In the event of an unsuccessful payment we reserve the right to cancel your holiday.
All communications are sent via an automatic email server and rely on a valid email address being supplied. We cannot take responsibility for loss of communication e.g confirmation emails etc…if contact information is incorrect. We will make every effort to supply you with the relevant booking confirmations and receipts.
All prices include VAT at the current rate. All payments need to be made in pounds sterling.
Payments can be made online through our secure payment system provided by Sagepay. If you pay by credit card, your card provider may charge you a fee, but there is no fee for paying by debit card.
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks before arrival.
No refunds will be given if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, or if you leave early.
We will notify receipt of all payments by email. It is also possible to pay by cheque (payable to Globe Vale Holiday Park Ltd), please enquire.
Globe Vale shall not be liable in the event that accommodation, pitches or advertised facilities or amenities shall not be available due to circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of Force Majeure being imposed, Globe Vale shall not be liable for the refund of holiday expenses. We will agree with the guest to move the affected booking to suitable dates within the next 12 months, subject to availability. Any increase in price will be payable by the guest. Force Majeure circumstances are those where the owner(s) could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. These include destruction or damage to holiday homes (through fire, flood, storm or weather damage or any other similar event). Also included are civil strife, industrial action, terrorism and any other similar situations beyond our control.
We welcome children on the park, and the following conditions are in place to ensure everyone’s safety whilst staying here.
Children are not allowed in the laundry or to play around the toilet blocks or chemical sluice areas. Children are not to be left on the park without adult supervision. Children must be supervised when using the play area.
Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the park, any mess must be cleaned up immediately.
Dogs must not be left unattended on the park at any time.
Pitches are available from 2pm and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Static caravans are available from 2pm and should by vacated by 10am on day of departure.
Please advise if you are arriving after 6pm.
Where a specific pitch has been requested, we will endeavour to allocate that pitch to you. However, we do reserve the right to change allocation if necessary, before your arrival
Wifi payments and refunds
- There are 10 free minutes use of wifi before payment is required, to ensure customers are happy with the connection.
- Payment for use of wifi can only be made via Paypal.
- Full payment is required for wifi. Access will be available as soon as payment is accepted.
- We do not offer refunds on wifi payments.
