at Globe Vale we can offer you the opportunity to own your own luxury
holiday caravan. Plots are now available for your choice of holiday caravan
(e.g. Cosalt, Willerby etc.) with the following services:
- Arrangement of purchase, transport,
siting and connection of your new holiday home
- Steps and skirtings with the option of balcony or patio available
- Optional hard standing for parking your vehicle
- 10 - 40 year leases available - Licence period is 12 months
- Sub-letting your holiday home is permitted - you will be responsible
for arranging cleaning etc
- Water and electricity are metered and will be invoiced quarterly
- Gas bottles are supplied and connected by ourselves
- Annual Ground Rent £2500 + VAT
